    4. Installation and pull-out of said advertisements shall be on the account of the ad agency, and in case any of the windows, or windshields get cracked or meets an accident, it is the responsibility of VLI to replace it (charged to VLI) and the responsibility of the agency to replace the ad on their account.

    5. VLI shall take utmost effort to keep its buses clean; buses used for the ads which are deemed dropped or unusable due to accident for more than one month shall be reported to the agency and the agency will be given an alternative bus to put its ads on.

    6. All types of advertisements shall be covered with a Contract of Lease between Victory Liner, Inc. as the Lessor and the agency as the Lessee. All advertisements shall be made wholesome ; ads concerning liquor, cigarette, contraceptives, underwear and the likes are not allowed .

    7. All contracts will be for one year with the payment scheme of 6 months advance, 6 months Post Dated Check.

    8. Absolutely no ads allowed in VLI buses for vices such as alcoholic drinks, cigarettes, contraceptives, explicit or vulgar ad materials.

    9. The advertiser must inform Marketing Services seven (7) working days prior to the installation of the stickers for the availability of buses.
