Tagged as the country's "Summer Capital", north of Manila and situated in the heart of the province of Benguet.  Baguio is 8 degrees cooler on any month on the average than any place in the lowlands.  Baguio City's invigorating climate and presence of cultural, historical, and scenic attractions, make the city an interesting destination for both foreigners and locals.  Natural beauty make this a year round favorite desination.





The former largest U.S Naval Base outside the United States, it is situated approximately 80 kms. north of Manila and is ideally located near other countries in the Asia Pacific region. Sheltered by mountains and natural deep harbor, the Subic Bay Freeport Zone is separated from Manila by the Bataan Peninsula and Manila Bay. Subic Bay is a bay forming part of Luzon Sea on the west coast of the island of Luzon in Zambales, Philippines, about 100 kilometers northwest of Manila Bay.




Eastern Tarlac is a plain, while Western Tarlac is hilly to mountainous. Because of this, the province owns a large portion of mountains like Mt. Telakawa, which is the highest mountain in the province located at Capas, Tarlac. Mt. Bueno is located also in Capas. The other mountains are Mt. Dueg and Mt. Maasin, found in the municipality of San Clemente. Also noted are Mt. Papaac, Bacsay, Cayasan and Birbira of Camiling.



Tourism is a growing industry in the province of Pampanga. Within the Clark Special Economic Zone are well established hotels and resorts. Popular tourist destinations in the province include: St. Peter Shrine in Apalit, Mt. Arayat National Park in San Juan Bano, Arayat, the Paskuhan Village in the City of San Fernando, the Casino Filipino in Angeles City, and for Nature and Wildlife "Paradise Ranch and Zoocobia Fun Zoo" in Clark.




24 kms. from Tuguegarao, the 7-chambered Callao Caves boast of massive lime stones and other rock formations. Callao Cave is one of the best known tourist attractions of the province. It is located in Barangays Parabba and Quibal, Peñablanca, near Tuguegarao, the capital city of the Province of Cagayan. It has a natural cathedral located at the first chamber, which was turned into a chapel by the local people. The conditions inside the cave cause stalactites and stalagmites, particularly in the deeper chambers.
